Welcome to Betslips, the premier platform for connecting sports betting enthusiasts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Betslips' services, website, mobile application, and any related tools provided by Betslips.
By accessing or using Betslips, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Betslips.
Account Registration & Security
Registration is required to access certain features of Betslips. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetSlips account and for all activities under your account. Notify Betslips immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscription Services
BetSlips facilitates subscriptions allowing members to view sports bets of other users.
Coins, purchasable within the Betslips app, may be used for subscriptions. These coins hold no external monetary value.
Providers offering external payment methods, like Stripe, operate independently of Betslips. Betslips holds no liability for external transactions.
Payments, Fees, & Refunds
Payments made within BetSlips are final. Refunds may be granted at BetSlips’ sole discretion in specific cases, like technical disruptions.
BetSlips reserves the right to change its pricing structure at any time.
BetSlips uses Stripe as its main payment processor. For Sharps who join BetSlips, you will be asked to set up a Stripe account so that we can easily manage payments from your subscribers and ensure that you are paid in a timely, streamlined, and automated manner. Sharps will be able to track their subscription income on our mobile app or on the Stripe Dashboard.

Payments, Fees, & Refunds
Users are solely accountable for their content. BetSlips does not review, endorse, or guarantee content accuracy.
Prohibited content includes, but isn't limited to, illegal, harmful, or offensive material. BetSlips can, without notice, remove such content and terminate user accounts.
Apple Store App Provisions
If accessing BetSlips via the Apple App Store, you agree to any terms set forth by Apple.
BetSlips, not Apple, is solely responsible for the service. Apple holds no obligation for support or maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
BetSlips shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages stemming from the use or inability to use the service.
Amendment to Terms
BetSlips may revise these Terms. Users will be notified, and continued use after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of BetSlips shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Arizona, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Termination
BetSlips reserves the right to terminate or suspend users for violations of these Terms.
